Hailing from Oxford, England, the band formed in 2007 and have since carved out a reputation for their genre-defying blend of stoner, sludge, post-metal, and doom. Now, 19 years deep into their journey, they remain impossible to pigeonhole—constantly evolving, yet unmistakably Desert Storm. Recorded at Woodworm Studios in Oxfordshire and mixed/mastered by Joe Clayton of Pijn at Nø Studio, “Buried Under The Weight Of Reason” is both punishing and transcendent.
